Recently, one of our clients was charged with five motor vehicle violations:
- N.J.S.A. 39:4-85 (Passing on the Shoulder)
- N.J.S.A. 39:4-88 (b) (Failure to Maintain Lane)
- N.J.S.A. 39:4-57 (Failure to comply with Officer Commands)
- N.J.S.A. 39:4-89 (Tailgating) N.J.S.A. 39:4-96 (Reckless Driving) and
- N.J.S.A. 39:4-97 (Careless Driving).
