Finding Hidden Assets and Income in the Divorce Case
Rick DeMichele To Present at the 31st Annual New Jersey Child Support Training Conference
Today and tomorrow Rick DeMichele will be giving a talk to the attendees at the New Jersey Child Support Training Conference. This year the conference is being held at the Revel Hotel and Casino Resort in Atlantic City.
The New Jersey Child Support Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the provision of child support services to children and families of New Jersey. Council members include representatives from both the public and private sector working in the Child Support Program. In order to meet its mission, the Council sponsors regional training and an annual educational conference; it reviews relevant policy and legislation and promotes public awareness.
Rick’s talk “Finding Hidden Assets and Income in the Divorce Case” will cover basic to advanced techniques to discover undisclosed assets and income in the divorce context. This talk will address techniques and strategies for lawyers who are confronted with proving undisclosed income and assets in court. Topics will include:
conducting the initial client interview,
assembling a team of experts,
reviewing finical documents,
analyzing closely held business,
income manipulation techniques,
and other “divorce planning” techniques
We will be posting excepts from the presentation on our blog in the coming weeks. Check back daily!
