DeMichele & DeMichele attorneys attend annual fundraiser for Camden County Women’s Center

demichele domestic violence Domestic violence is a serious problem, both nationally and right here in our South Jersey community, and one that we are committed to confronting. It’s a regular topic of discussion here at our legal blog, but the D&D team devotes time to the issue outside of the blogosphere and even the court room, too. On October 29, 2014, our attorneys Gregory P. DeMichele (left) and Richard A. DeMichele, Jr. (right) attended annual Dessert Night Fundraiser at Tavistock Country Club hosted by the Camden County Women’s Center (CCWC). October is recognized as “Domestic Violence Awareness Month” throughout the U.S. in an attempt to bring attention to what’s been described by some as an epidemic. Some estimate that as many as 1 in 4 women have experienced domestic violence inflicted by a partner. The Camden County Women’s Center is a part of NJAC, a 501 (c) 3 organization, and is “dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence build violence-free lives, and to reduce domestic violence through community education initiatives.” If you are a New Jersey victim of domestic violence and need help in the court room, or if you have been accused of committing an act or acts of domestic violence, then please contact the domestic violence attorneys at DeMichele & DeMichele online today or call (856) 546-1350 to speak with a lawyer at our firm. We will set up a confidential consultation with one of our experienced attorneys.
