DeMichele, Jr. has been reappointed as municipal prosecutor for Mullica Township beginning in January 2016. A rural and tight-knit community that’s home to over 6,000 residents, the sprawling township boasts 106.24 miles of roadways including a rural portion of historic U.S. Route 30 (the White Horse Pike). Mr. DeMichele, a seasoned litigator, who devotes a substantial part of his practice to family law and personal injury matters, also currently serves as the Municipal Prosecutor of Lawnside, a post which he has held since 2009 Mullica_Township,_New_JerseyWhen he isn’t prosecuting or serving his South Jersey diverse client base, Mr. DeMichele is a national, state and local bar association leader. He has served as a delegate to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates and a trustee of the New Jersey State bar Association. Mr. DeMichele is admitted to practice in every state court in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mullica Township’s Municipal Court is in session ever first and third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. The duties of a municipal prosecutor include prosecuting matters ranging from routine traffic violations and DWI/DUI offenses to simple assaults and drug-related crimes on behalf of the state.
