Employment Law in the Next Term

Dan Schwartz
The election is over.  Not all of the ballots may not have been counted but we have declared winner.  It has been a full week since America cast its ballot to determine our political leaders. Since that time there has been no shortage of commentary on the impact of the election on the next four years.   Today, we are offering an interview with Dan Schwartz an employment law attorney with Connecticut’s Pullman & Comley, LLC.  Since the vast majority of employment law is federal law this Connecticut lawyer’s thoughts and opinions are relevant here in New Jersey. Dan is a friend and colleague that I met through the American Bar Association. He is recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent employment lawyers and he is also the author of the Connecticut Employment Law Blog.  The following is his blog entry that was posted on November 7, 2012.
