South Jersey native and Rutgers Camden Law School alumnus Matt Rooney landed the prestigious #12 spot on this year’s Fox29/My9’s Chasing New Jersey power list:

In his fourth year with the firm after serving as a clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Matt Rooney is also a current trustee for the Camden County Bar Association and a frequently called-upon media commentator. He recently made the #2 spot on NJSpotlight’s list of the leading “10 Twitter accounts worth following if you’re trying to stay up to speed on what decisions are being made — and who’s making them — in NJ”.

In 2013, Matt was named a “rising star” by New Jersey’s Gannett newspapers, his website Save Jersey was recognized by The Washington Post as one of the top state-based political websites in the United States, and Matt has been profiled by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
